James Harold ``Jamie" Waltz, 55, of Charlotte, N.C., died on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2006.
Born in Wadsworth, Ohio, he moved to Charlotte in 1988 from Norton, Ohio. He was a lumber salesman.
He is survived by his loving wife and three wonderful children, Martha Ann Waltz; son, Ryan James Waltz; two daughters, Nichole Ann Waltz, Amanda Elizabeth Waltz; adopted daughter, Dawn A. Moser, all of Charlotte, N.C.; father, Harold Glenn Waltz of Wadsworth, Ohio; step-father, Dan Bailey of Eustis, Fla.; brother, Michael Nelson of Leesburg, Fla.; three stepbrothers, Rick Bailey of Las Vegas, N.M., Bill Bailey of Las Vegas, N.M., Tom Bailey of Mauldin, S.C.; three sisters, Mary Booth of Eustis, Fla., Janet Gill of Wake Forest, N.C., Danell DeJardine of Eustis, Fla.
A memorial service will be held at the Waltz residence on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2006, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National S.I.D.S. Foundation. Online guest book available at www.hardenpauli.com. Arrangements by Harden/Pauli Funeral Home in Eustis, Fla.
