Jeremy Sloan Obituary

Jeremy Sloan, 33, went home to be with his Lord on June 1, 2021. He was born in Barberton on June 13, 1987 to Jon Sloan and Deborah Bryant-Sloan. Jeremy was a graduate of Green High School and worked as an automotive detailer and all-around handyman. Most of all Jeremy loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him. Besides his parents, Jeremy is survived by his daughter, Kyra; brother, Robert (Kristin) Sloan; grandparents, Evelyn Bartoe, and Jerry (June) Sloan; a niece and nephew; girlfriend, Renee Lynn; as well as many aunts and uncles and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd. (SR619), Akron, Ohio 44319. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
