I worked at Summit Fish for this wonderful man for 15 years! He lived down the street from me and I would take my small children and walk down to his house and sit and talk with him and Posie. He gave me alot of good advice and my sympathy goes out to the family. Keep on dancin Joe and Posie!!

I also had the privilege of working with Joe at Summit Fish for several years and being a friend ever since I met Randy in high school. Had lots of fun. We really had a special bond being in the foodservice industry for years. Always welcome at the house which was special. Our prayers go out and may God Bless.

Faith and I send our heartfelt condolences. I have nothing but GREAT memories and stories about "the high school gang" ... and Joe ...bringing down a fresh tray of cold shrimp and cocktail sauce for us while we played RISK .... he always had a "you guys can't fool me" look on his face ... in fact, I think he even said it to us once. I loved your Dad Randy - he surely had a heart of gold. God Bless all of you!
