Dear Aunt Orsela, Uncle Phil, Traci, and the entire family,
I am so very sorry for the loss of such a fine young man. I didnt get to see my cousin much, but the family reunions, thank goodness for them, sometimes it is the only way, busy out of town family, get to see each other and catch up. I will treasure those memories always. It doesnt seem fair, nor is it ever easy, to say good bye to a young person, so lets not, we'll just say, see you again someday. Love always, Terri

I didn't know Mr. Arway personally but a lot of my teachers and peers did. Apparently my history room now is his old one before he left Whetstone. I am a student at Whetstone and it saddens me to know we lost an amazing teacher and coach. He will be greatly missed and is loved by many. I hope you all get through this tough time. Rest Easy! #TeamArway

To the Arway Family

On behalf of the Saint Francis DeSales High School community please accept our deepest sympathy. One of the greatest legacies a person may have during their life is by touching the future by what they do daily. In that sense there can be no doubt that Kevin Arway made our world a more caring, compassionate place.

His impact will live on through the work of his own children and his students. May the angels lead him to his eternal resting place and may perpetual light shine upon him

Peace and God's Blessings

"Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet The Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with The Lord." 1 Thessalonians 4:17

My hearts breaks for the Arway and Ganim families. To lose your son, grandson, husband, father, brother, coach, mentor, and friend so young. From what I've learned about Kevin, he led a full and inspiring life that positively impacted his entire community and beyond. We as humans cry today for we miss our loved one; but one day, we will all rejoice as we are reunited with them in Heaven. May time heal your pain and may loving memories heal your sorrow.
With love...

Through the caring bridge site, I was able to see what a legacy Kevin has left for you and your children. The way you as a family handled Kevin's illness with such grace and dignity and the outpouring of love that you had was a wonderful thing to witness. Be proud of Kevin and yourselves. I am so sorry for your loss. I know it will be difficult at times, but I also know that you and your children will come through the other side of this, changed but OK.
