Linda McInerney Obituary
WADSWORTH -- Linda McInerney, 71, of Wadsworth passed away Sunday, December 21, 2014. She was born on August 8, 1943 in Barberton to the late Elmer and Virginia Myers.
Linda was a former Girl Scout Leader, a former employee of Fisher Big Wheel, Convenient Food Mart, Hometown Market, and had a kind, loving heart for all.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, John J. McInerney Jr. on October 8, 2011 and one sister, Sally Marsh. She is survived by one son, Doug (Holly) McInerney of Barberton; two daughters, Dee McInerney of Senecaville and Lee (Tim) Flath of Wadsworth; her beloved grandchildren, Sean, Ryan and Mollyrose McInerney, Mikaela and Brenna Flath; sisters, Sandy Rasor, Martha (Dick) Ryneer; and brother, Roy (Sheila) Myers.
The family will receive friends 4 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 30th at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.

So sorry for the loss of Linda. She was the best neighbor anybody could ask for. I thank her for the love and support she gave my family at the time my mom, Virginia got ill. It just hurts so much that both had to go within a couple months. The whole McInerney family will be in my thoughts and prayers. We love you all. God Bless. The Eddy's.

We are so lost at the loss of such a loving and freely giving women. I know you will all miss her very much, but the look of pain in Dee's face hurt me the most. PLEASE, when you are in town, stop, even for a few minutes, my dad has a special place in his heart for you and especially your mom. Love you, take care of yourselves, and enjoy your life!!!!!

I was deeply saddened to learn of Linda's passing. John and I were best friends since the age of five. Linda was the love of his life and she will be sorely missed . I have many beautiful memories of our happy times together through the years.

i cant believe shes gone i first met linda when i started at convienant food mart in wadsworth ohio 20 some yrs ago ,she was always so nice to me and my family she adored my grandmother ,she was a kind hearted person and would do anything for you she will be truly missed by many but i will miss her more as she was a mother figure to me.REST IN PEACE LINDA MY LOVE MY FRIEND MY FAMILY.LOVE ALWAYS BRIAN

Linda and I were very close in high school and she was the closet person I had to a sister. I called her Sis and followed her relationship to Johnny and their marriage. I have many memories from those years and with her passing a part of me passes also. My deepest sympathy to the family and especially Roy who remains a very dear friend today.
