Hi All,

I just met Rob Acord this year in May from doing business with his company. I thank God for his friendship and faith in God. I just learned that his dad had passed away. My heart went out to each one of you. I am praying God's comfort for each of you. I believe Mr Acord's passing answered MANY prayers. One's he made and one's we made. I read your sharing of your love for him and I cried. I read where lives have and are being changed and I rejoiced...! The the Lord gave me the thought that the greatest statement and love you could each show your dad, grandfather, brother, friend is to live YOUR life for JESUS. He would want that more than anything else. Pray that God would help you do that. May God Bless you all.

Grandpa-

I don't really know the words to say to express what an influence you had on my life.I loved you just as much as my heart could love. You were everything to me and you were every thing i've always wanted to be.The day I found out you went to be with the lord was one of the saddest yet happiest days of my life.I'm so happy you are with the lord and you are totally out of pain.My heart will always miss you but I can't be selfish and say I want you back here on this ol' earth when I know your in the lords arms.I wish I could just have a touch of what you are feeling right now....But grandpa the main thing I wanted to tell you is that after you passed away, and after we got back home and got settled, i got ta thinkin' about what the preacher said.."ya know if ya wanna be with your grandpa in heaven and you wanna have eternal happiness then you gotta get right with the lord," so I had a long talk with mom and i prayed to myself , and grandpa.... I got saved last night !!!! I know thats what you always wanted to hear and I just hope God told you because in my prayers i told God to tell you and grandma so ya'll can be waitin' on me cause i know in my heart now that, that is where i'm gonna be.Well i guess I should go for now but I know it's not forever.I love ya.......be good or i'll put a knot that head!!!! (ha,ha} love always Rianna (your girlie) P.S Tell God and grandma i love them very much and I will see them hopefully in 2009 like you and brother Smith predicted!

Dad,

I know you cant read this but I want to say you were so Dear to my heart. It has been a honor to have you for my Dad. Your sweetness, your kindness, your generosity. DAD you are my hero, it rips my heart out that you are gone. but it comforts me to know that I will see you again in heaven because that is my plan. When the LORD says we will receive a crown in glory, and our rewards are by our works on this earth. I know your crown will be so heavy. You will need several crowns to carry all the jewels that you will get from your works here on this earth. Dad if you could've seen the way your funeral went, it was the most beautiful ceremony I ever saw. Preacher Cecil was in the spirit so much I thought I was at a revival. Bro. Smith got up there I thought he was coming out of that pupit and actually he was preaching all the way back to his seat. Dad you should've heard the 21 gun salute to a war hero who proudly faught to keep this country free and they played taps (what a sound DAD), but dad when your little boy Robbie saluted you in your casket I will never as long as I live get that picture out of my mind. It reminded me of President Kennedy's little boy saluting his father one last time. What a site to see, and for someone so deserving. Pap, I dont know what im going to do without you hear on this earth but it will make me strive even harder to get to heaven that much more. When you called me girlie and squirt I will never hear you say that again here but when I get to heaven be waiting for me by the GATE and call me that so i can find you first. Since you got there first you'll know all the best sites to see bring Mom with you too!

To My Dearest Loving Father I Loved you more than I ever told you.

From Your (Girlie Squirt)

Grandpa, I love you very much and I'm going to miss you more than you could possibly know. I'm sorry that I didn't come visit you as much as I should have, but I really hope that you know that I love you alot and you will always be in my heart. You're my angel and I can't wait to see you again in heaven. Tell Grandma and Uncle Jimmy that I love them!

"Did you ever know that you're my hero, and everything I would like to be? I can fly higher than an eagle, for you are the Wind Beneath My Wings." I LOVE YOU!!

Love Always, your granddaughter, Jessica
