I was Tom's roomate for a brief time during our freshman year at Davis and Elkins. I lost touch with Tom after he left but remember him as an honest and true friend. I am sorry for your loss - but happy that he continued his passion for climbing through his life.
Best regards,

Dear Eleanor,
I was saddened to learn of Thomas' death and will continue to pray for you and all your family.
How many years have passed so quickly! Often you and your children have come to mind - you and Pat Walters entrusted me with your most precious gift, your children and their well-being, when I baby-sat for you. You will always be special to me.
This note is coming from Sisters of Charity Providence Hospitals where I am serving as Vice President, Mission for two of our Sisters'hospitals.
God be with you.
