Keith Sheets Obituary
GALLIPOLIS — Keith Allen Sheets, age 64 of Gallipolis, Ohio, died Wednesday February 17, 2021 at his residence.
Born December 30, 1956 in Gallipolis, he was the son of the late Ivan A. "Abie" and Nancy V. Murphy Sheets. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a brother, Donald E. Sheets and by a sister, Violet Jean Sheets.
Keith worked as a butcher for several years at Foodland Supermarket and later at Johnsons Supermarket in Gallipolis. He also formerly worked at a coal miner in Meigs Mine #3. He was faithful member of Elizabeth Chapel Church.
He is survived by two brothers, Michael A. (Carolyn) Sheets of Klamath Falls, Oregon and Paul (Ruthie) Sheets of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia. Along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Sunday February 21, 2021 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Carnes officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from noon – 2 p.m.
Those visiting the funeral home on Sunday are to wear mask and follow social distancing guidelines.
