William Queen Obituary
CANAL WINCHESTER — William "Bill" Jefferson Queen, 86, of Canal Winchester, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus.
He was born March 12, 1932 in (Wayne County) Branchland, West Virginia, son of the late Perry and Nettie (Cyfers) Queen. In addition to his parents Bill was preceded in death by his twin brother James Robert and by four additional brothers Bernie (Garnet), Charles (Maxine), Perry Jr., and Basil and by a sister Erma Belle (Herman) Sisson and a brother-in-law Emerson Unroe.
In May 1952, Bill met the love of his life Louise F. (Blake) Queen while attending a church service at Big Four Church in Crown City, and a year later they were married on May 2, 1953. This union was blessed with a total of 65 years of marriage, six children, three grandchildren and one great-grandson. Bill accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior in 1960, at Lockbourne Church of Christ and Christian Union of where he became a member and attended faithfully. Bill was a member of the Laborers Local 423 (Columbus) having worked as a laborer and foreman for numerous construction companies.
Surviving is his wife, Louise, children William J. "Jeff" Jr., Pamela L., Marcella F., Daniel K., David K. (Teresa), and Terryl A. (Heather) Queen, granddaughter Hannah G. Queen, grandsons Charles "Chuck" W. (Deanna) Queen and Heath G. (Courtney) Queen, great-grandson Gavin Charles Queen, brother, Buddy Joe (Patty) Queen and two sisters Nancy Unroe and Ruby (Dewey) Brewer and by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 16 at 11 a.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Lithopolis Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.

My Deepest Condolences to the Queen family.
I knew all of Bill's brother and had never met Bill.
I'm sure he was a great guy and believed deeply in his faith, as his brothers and sisters.
