Dan Frisbie Obituary

August 27, 1953 - October 27, 2011 OKLAHOMA CITY Dan Frisbie, 58, died Oct. 27, 2011. He was born Aug. 27, 1953 in Bartlesville, OK to Russell and Margie (Parks) Frisbie. He married Andi Fowler on June 23, 1979. He worked at Beaver Express Trucking Co. as a Terminal Manager. Dan enjoyed his grandsons, camping, going to the lake, cooking out on the grill, and socializing with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Andi; son, Ross Frisbie and wife Abby of Yukon, OK; daughter, Lela Frisbie of OKC; parents, Russell and Margie Frisbie of OKC; grandchildren, Landon and Asa Frisbie; brother, George Frisbie and wife Ann of Minco, OK; sister, Anita Frisbie of OKC; nephew, Eric Frisbie and wife Erica; niece, Megan Frisbie; sister-in-law, Judy Fowler of OKC; and numerous other family members. Viewing will be Sunday, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m., at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Tuesday, November 1, 10 a.m., at Forest Hill Christian Church, with interment in Resurrection Cemetery. I have known Dan for nearly 30 years. I will miss his smile and laugh that he always had with him. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend and a AWESOME Christian man. He will be greatly missed. Please know that there is a void here, but he has run the race and will recieve his prize.
