John Felan Obituary

John "J.T.", 60, departed this earthly life on April 19, 2009. He was born Aug. 25, 1948 in Maysville, OK to Jesse & Virginia Felan. J.T. moved to the OKC area 21 years ago from Liberal, KS. He enjoyed his grandkids, fishing, going to the car races, and above all following Tony Bruce, Jr. with the World of Outlaws. During his residency in OKC, J.T. worked for T&W Tire Co. as a heavy tire specialist for over 20 years. Preceded in death by his father. J.T. leaves cherished memories with his children: Kari Livingston Howard & husband, Lance of Edmond, OK and Keith Felan & wife, Brandi of Plains, KS mother, Virginia Felan of Wichita, KS brother, Jessie "James" Felan Sisters: Ruby Felan & Cynthia McClure 5 grandchildren: Kennedy, Avry, Kenzie, Kinley, and Kaden and a host of other loving family & friends. J.T. was a hardworking man who loved his family. He will be deeply missed. Friends may call for viewing from 4-8 PM today & Friday. Services to celebrate his life will be held at 11:00 A.M.
