March 29, 2011

My grandfather was a man who had a tremendously positive impact on my life. I looked up to him and respected him always. He taught me many things - some seemingly unimportant like how to properly edge a lawn, how to pitch a tent and how to keep a fire going - and other very important things like honesty, integrity, kindness and helping others. The values that guide my life today were planted by him and those were the values that defined his entire life. He will be missed but never forgotten.
