Bruce Horton Obituary
Bruce Mitchell Horton, age 76, passed away on Aug. 3, 2025. He was the son of the late Charlie and Estelle Horton.
He was preceded in death by nine siblings. Doris, William, Charles Jr., James, Calvin, Lloyd, Jimmy, Jessie and Sissy.
He is survived by his children, Tosha George (Chucky) and Ray Williams (Tonya); a host of grandchildren; siblings, Joyce Louden (John) and Margie Langham (Wayne); his niece and caregiver, Joy Cain (Cricket); his nephews, Robert Chatman and Kevin Reynolds; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
A memorial gathering for Bruce was held on Aug. 16 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services in La Grange, followed by a celebration of life. Bruce's final resting place will be at the Valley of Rest with his sister Jessie Chesser.
