James Anthony "Tony" Otten, 52
Crestwood
James Anthony "Tony" Otten passed away Jan. 6, 2025. He was born Nov. 13, 1972, the youngest of four boys, Steve (Cindy), Greg and Brian. He is preceded in death by his mother, Alice Rankin; and in-laws, Dorothy and Doc Risinger.
Tony loved camping in his 5th wheel with his wife, playing golf and cheering on UK Basketball.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 25 years, Myra Otten; son, Taylor Otten; siblings-in-law, Nora Brennan (Tim), Amy Jo Miller (Otis), and Eric Risinger (Patty); many nieces and nephews, furbabies, Derby, Harley, Mazey and Luna; extended family and friends.
A celebration of Tony's life will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home in La Grange at 1 p.m. with visitation on Tuesday evening from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday morning from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. before the service. In honor of Tony, please come dressed in your casual, comfy best!
