Patricia Vaughn Obituary
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Pat Vaughn of Pewee Valley; daughter, Cary Daugherty (Chuck) of Louisville; son, Will Vaughn (Tracy) of Prospect; sister, Carol Wheaton of Savannah, Ga.; brother, Will Cary (Kathy) of Louisville; twin grandchildren, Madeline and Andrew Vaughn; cousin and best friend, Karen Beltle (Craig), of Crestwood.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 2, 2016, at Calvary Episcopal Church (821 South Fourth Street; Louisville, KY 40203), officiated by Rev. Ronald DelBene.
Graveside services were held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday at New Castle Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be given to Calvary Episcopal Church.
Visitation was held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2016, at the Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home facility, 3711 Lexington Road, Louisville.
Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home (prewitts.com) was in charge of arrangements.

So sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. I asked about you at Cheddar Box yesterday and was told that your mom had passed away. Patti and I graduated from Waggener H.S. in 1962 and then attended U. of Ky. for 1 year. The world has lost a truly beautiful, remarkable person!. We had so many fun times with our little social circles and she will always leave a permanent place in my heart. I pray for peace and comfort for all Patti's family and friends at this time.

A beautiful person inside and out. I've known Patti for 44 yrs, I used to babysit Cary and Will for several years. Patti became my friend. Someone I could go to whenever I needed to talk. I haven't seen Patti in many years, but thankful to Facebook, we've been able to stay in contact. You will be dearly missed my friend. My sincerest condolences go out to Pat, Cary, and Will.
