Patrick Gault Obituary
Goshen
Patrick William Gault passed away unexpectedly from natural causes at his home on Aug. 8, 2024.
Born in Hammond, Ind. to William Wallace and Waltraud Anna Gault, he grew up in La Grange, Ky., graduated from Oldham County High School, Duke University and the University of Kentucky College of Law. He practiced law at Weber & Rose before establishing Napier Gault Schupbach & Stevens. While at Duke, he was president of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
He will be remembered for his quick wit, sharp intellect, his generosity towards others, his woodworking skills, his passion for dogs, politics and cars, and his love for his children.
He is preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother, his three sons and joys of his life; Philip, Marshall and Malcolm, his sister; Janice Gault M.D. of Villanova, Pa., her husband; James Vander M.D., their children; Caroline, William and Eliza, his aunt; Thelma Gault of Eminence, Ky., his uncle; Reiner Konhauser (Marta) of Schwandorf, Germany, many cousins in the United States and Europe, and his beloved Great Danes; Otis and Olive.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Captain's Quarters Riverside Grille, 5700 Captains Quarters Road, Prospect, Ky.

I was so sad to hear of the passing of Patrick. What A Fabulous Guy we lost as he truly was one in a million. Sending my condolences and much love to his family. Gone way too soon but will never be forgotten

My condolences to the entire Gault family. Through the years of knowing Patrick I heard stories about each of you. He was proud of and loved his family.
I will miss his friendship and am saddened by his passing at such a young age.
