Daniel Callahan Obituary
FRANKLINVILLE --- Daniel G. Callahan, 48, of Lyndon Rd. passed away Monday, March 10, 2025 at his home following a brief illness.
Dan was a proud graduate of Kenmore West High School and furthered his education at Buffalo State University. He worked many years in Retail Management, but his most important role was that of a devoted Family Caretaker. A passionate sports enthusiast, Dan was an avid hockey player and had a deep love for his Buffalo Bills and Sabres. He dedicated much of his time and energy to supporting his family, always present at dance recitals, travel hockey tournaments, football, t-ball, baseball and basketball games.
Dan's commitment to his family was unmatched, and he often took them on memorable trips, several to Disney World. Whether on the sidelines or in the stands, he was always cheering on his loved ones, offering his unwavering support and love. Dan was dearly loved by his nieces, nephews, family and friends, his loss will be felt by all who knew him.
Dan is survived by his loving wife Jennifer, and their children: Matthew (Lauryn), Hayden, Gannon, Payton and Owen. He was the loving son of Thomas E. Callahan and the late Sandra C. Callahan. Also survived by his cherished siblings: Jessica, Jennifer, Claudine, Darrin and Michael, along with his beloved Aunt Anne Mary Callahan and his Aunt Sheryl Henning.
Friends will be received on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm for a celebration of life gathering at the Babbitt & Easton Funeral Home 7 North Main Street Franklinville, NY 14737. Online condolences may be made at https://www.babbitteastonfh.com/
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to, the Franklinville Youth Football League,
