Daniel Miller Obituary
HINSDALE - Daniel F. Miller, of 4283 Rt. 16, began his eternal hunt on Friday (Sept. 5, 2025).
Dan was born Oct. 24, 1958, in Rochester, and was the son of Lawrence Frederick and Genevra Jane Harder Miller.
Dan was a 1976 graduate of Greece Athena High School. He attended Alfred Tech from 1976 to 1978.
Dan was a landscaper, as well as the owner of Wildside Taxidermy, where he was known as one of the best at his craft.
Dan was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed NASCAR and football. He loved his family very much, especially his brother Jeff, although he didn't always show it.
Dan is survived by a daughter, Jacqueline Q. (Darrell) Wiggins of Raleigh, N.C.; a granddaughter, Olivia Wiggins; a brother, Jeffrey L. (Penny) Miller of Hinsdale; a sister, Lisa J. Minery of Livonia; three nieces; three nephews; an aunt; several cousins; and a brother-in-law, Arthur Minery of Livonia.
Dan was predeceased by his parents; a brother, David L. Miller; and a cousin, Michael Conway.
There will be no visitation. A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date and time.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean.

Dan was a great friend since kindergarten. We hunted all the time after school and weekends in the winter. Once we graduated we both picked separate routes of life to follow, but still remained friends. May you rest in peace my dear friend!
