Ricky Wulff Obituary

Ricky Lee Wulff, loving son, father, grandfather, brother, nephew and cousin

FREEDOM- Ricky L. Wulff, of Route 98, passed away Monday (July 14, 2025).

Ricky was born March 6, 1960, in Buffalo, the son of Robert L. and Barbara Butler Wulff.

Ricky was a graduate of Ten Broeck Academy and BOCES of Ellicottville, where he received several awards. He then went on to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps as an aircraft mechanic.

Ricky was owner and operator of Rainbow Auto for many years. He was also a life auxiliary member of the VFW Post 9487.

Ricky is survived by his mother, Barbara E. Wulff of Franklinville; his daughters, Amanda France of Machias and Heather Svalina of Springville; his son, Lee (Alycia) Wulff of Freedom; nine grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Princess. Ricky was also the brother of Allen Jerge, Alex (Evelyn) Wulff, Julie (David) Michaelis and Tami (David Leederman) Wulff.

Ricky was predeceased by his father, Robert Wulff; and his nephew, Eric Michaelis.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Babbitt & Easton Funeral Home, 7 N. Main St., Franklinville.

Rick was a nice guy. Honest car repair. I remember when his shop burned. I tried to help find tools in the debris. I never knew he was a Marine. Rest in peace Rick, there are many Marines ready to greet you.
