Seth Prentice Obituary
Seth was born Dec. 18, 1989, in Wellsville, the son of Adam Prentice and the late Sandra Prentice.
Seth is a graduate of Scio Central School. Through the years, he worked for several independent contractors, doing various outside jobs. The last couple of years, he went to Florida for the winter months, and worked in lawn care services. He enjoyed working on cars, trucks and small engine repairs.
In addition to his father, Adam, he is survived by his brother, Cory Allen, both of Saint Petersburg, Fla.; his maternal grandfather, Steve (Beth) Watson of Olean; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his mother, Sandy Prentice in 2005; his maternal grandmother, Joyce Watson of Allentown; and his paternal grandparents.
There will be no visitation. A private family service will be held at the Schaffner Funeral Home, Bolivar. Elva Cornell, pastor of the Allentown United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Bolivar.

Seth, was a all around good person and hard worker. We did not know him for a long time but what a great dude. He worked for my company MowenOwen landscaping last summer and up until he passed. Sad to see him go to early. The world needs more good men like Seth. Caring loving and hard working. RIP

Hey guys it's little Timmy B. I can't believe he's gone I'm so sorry for all your loss. Seth and I had alot of fun when we were younger, sad to think last time we chilled together was my 17th birthday. Once out of school friends drift apart unfortunately, now he's gone I wish there was more time but there's never enough. Again so sorry a young soul gone to soon. Love you brother.
