Preceded in death by husband, Francis; and brothers, Edward and Richard Nachtigall. Survived by sons, Tim, Brian (Sally), and Jeff; granddaughter, Allison; nieces and nephews.
VIGIL SERVICE: Thursday, June 16th, 7pm at West Center Chapel, with VISITATION from 5-7pm. MASS of CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Friday, June 17th, 10:30am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. INTERMENT: Calvary. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Alice was a surroget grandma to my 2 girlls. When my dear mom became sick and could not help me...Mrs. Hearty was happy to help me getting them ready for school...as i had to work. Always grateful to her as those were stressful years. I am sure she is with our Lord in heaven. God bless you.

Your mom was such a kind lady to everyone on the block when we were growing up! My dad always talked about what a great cook your mom was. My mom used to make what we called the "Alice Hearty Dip" that was your mom´s recipe! My mom just died 2 years ago this week and I know how hard it is to lose your mom. My condolences to all of you.

Brian and family, I am so sorry to hear about your mothers passing. I know what it feels like to lose a mom and all I can say is to remember all the joy and the good times as I am certain there were many.
