An inspiration to many, she died peacefully, surrounded by her family's love. Preceded in death by parents, William and Audra Mercer; and sister, Janet Crossman. Survived by husband of 40 years, Felix Robles; daughter, Susan Robles; sister, Shirley Fidone (Sam); nieces and nephews.
No Funeral Services planned. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Muscular Dystrophy Association; or Breast Cancer Research Foundation. HEAFEY-HEAFEY-HOFFMANN

Loved Billie so much as we lived houses from one another and our girls attended school and grew up together. Am so happy that they continue to stay in touch after all of these yrs. My thoughts on Billy are those of grace and generosity, poise and pride in her family. Our condolences to Felix and Suzy. "Be patient in life specially with yourselves during this time". Our prayers are with you.
