Dad ~ somehow being notified that your guest book page will be deleted in a few days makes things feel so final. I know I am being silly but I don't want to lose anything more than I already have. I want to keep your memory alive for ever. You made such an impact on so many people and deleting your guest book page will not change how much everyone misses you.
You and I have always had distance working against us. Now you are further away than ever but somehow I feel closer to you. You are always in my thoughts and someday we will all be together again. In the meantime, I hope you are enjoying all those that passed before you. I love and miss you with all my heart. Love Always! MUAH!!

Dad~
It doesn't seem possible that you have been gone for three weeks already. I still feel like you will be there when I come home for Christmas. Yesterday was a very lonely Father's Day. I kept wanting to pick the phone up and call you. It is touching to know that you impacted so many lives. I miss you and love you with all my heart.

Dear Deb,
I am Chick and Glenanne's daughter, Cathy. Although I didn't know Chuck well, my parents thought the world of him and are taking this very hard. I remember Chuck as an out-going friendly guy, who always tried to help his neighbors in any way that he could. He brought my parents fish that he had caught and talked with them for hours. I'm so sorry and just wanted to let you know, if there is anything at all that we can do to help, please let me know.

There are no words to express our true feelings of loss with the passing of Chuck. If you printed the list of his "extended" family you would prpbably have to buy a full page ad in the Star. Chuck made everyone feel as if he had known you forever and that you truly were a part of his family. The family of Deb's Cafe has lost one of its favorites. Things just won't be the same without Chuck.
