Survived by son, Wayne Moore (Marilyn) of Omaha; daughter, Diana Moore (Dan) of Liverpool, NY; grandchildren, Christopher Moore (Gina), Jason Moore (Kimberly), Brian Moore, and Craig Moore (Becky); great grandchildren, Garrett, Logan, Liam, and one on the way; and 6 siblings.
SERVICES Monday 2pm, West Hills Church, 3015 So. 82 Ave. Private Interment. Memorials to West Hills Church. The family will receive friends Sunday 2-4pm at the West Center Chapel. HEAFEY-HEAFEY-HOFFMANN
