Frank Schepers Obituary
April 26, 1947 - December 28, 2020
Francis M. Schepers, age 73, passed away on December 28, 2020 at his home in Omaha, NE. Frank was born on April 26, 1947 in Crystal Lake, IL to Francis and Marie (Knox) Schepers.
Frank was a highly motivated student, graduating at the top of his class at Marian Central Catholic High School in Woodstock, IL where he was also a star football player. Frank went on to earn his undergraduate degree at Creighton University in Omaha and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law.
Frank was a partner of Lamson Dugan & Murray, LLP in Omaha and distinguished himself for many years in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and insurance company insolvency proceedings. In his spare time, Frank enjoyed opera, traveling, reading and Creighton basketball.
Frank is survived by his brother, Anthony Schepers of Livermore, CA. He was preceded in death by his father, Francis Schepers; his mother, Marie Schepers; and his brother, Michael Schepers.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at an appropriate time in the near future.
