Harry G. Leffler, 95, longtime Omaha and Ralston resident, died on March 11, 2022 in Dexter, Michigan. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on February 18, 1927 to Harry S. and Gladys (McAdams) Leffler. He graduated from Omaha Central High School, Harvard College, and Harvard Law School. Harry served in the Navy in WWII. He worked as a claims adjustor and then as a manufacturers' sales agent, specializing in church and sports field lighting. Harry was predeceased by his loving wife of 49 years, Barbara Donelson Leffler; his granddaughter, Laura; his brother, James R. Leffler; and his sister, Adele Youngman. He is survived by his son, Russell V. Leffler (Debbie), Norwalk, Ohio; daughter, Barbara E. Leffler (Thomas Ashley), Dexter, Michigan; grandchildren: Susan Ashley (Aaron Koller); Theodore Ashley (Katie); Ben Leffler, (Alina Johnson); Ellen Leffler (Jaime Cabrera); Martha Leffler; Joseph Leffler; great-grandchildren: Carmen, Phineas, Oliver, Miles, Ezra, Ari, Nahuel, and Silas. No services. Memorials to your favorite charity or the Omaha Public Library.
