Preceded in death by daughter Patricia. Survived by Husband Patrick L.; sons Mark, Keith, Kevin and wife Teresa, Shawn and wife Sandy; daughters Barbara and husband Ray Herek, Kathleen and husband Sam DeJohn; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
SERVICES Thursday 10am St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Wake service Wednesday 7:30pm Dworak's Vinton Street Chapel. VISITATION beginning at 5pm. HEAFEY-HEAFEY-HOFFMANN
