Survived by daughter, Angela Van Nostrand (Joseph); brothers and sister, Kevin (Teresa), Keith, Shawn (Sandra), Barbara Herek (Ray); nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Friday, December 8th, 4 to 6 p.m., at West Center Center Chapel, with a FUNERAL SERVICE at 6 p.m. GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Saturday, December 9th, 1 p.m., at Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
