Preceded in death by infant daughter Kelly Ann I; son Terry; and brother Ron. Survived by wife Shirley; daughters, Colleen (Ron) Peitzmeier, and Kelly (Ron) Madison; grandchildren, Tim, Meg, Melissa, Abby, Ashlin, Nick, Braden, and Sarah; and 5 great-grandchildren.

VISITATION begins Wednesday at 5pm, with WAKE SERVICE at 6:30pm, all at the Mortuary. FUNERAL: Thursday at 10am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (74 & Vinton St). INTERMENT: Calvary Cemetery.
