Jeffrey Dolinsky Obituary

Dolinsky, Jeffrey Arbor

January 26, 1959 - September 18, 2021

Preceded in death by his parents, Arbor Dolinsky, Elizabeth Gautier and her husband Roger Gautier; and step-sister, Laura Tichenor. He is survived by his sister, Linda M. Dolinsky; brother, Jonathon D. Dolinsky and wife Robin; step-mother, Mary Jo Dolinsky; and step-siblings, David Tichenor and Amy Brummond.

Jeffrey was born in Omaha to Arbor David Dolinsky and Elizabeth M. Mitchell. He graduated from Fort Calhoun High School in 1978, and soon after joined the Air Force. He went to basics in San Antonio, TX and schooling in Biloxi, MS specializing in electronics. That took him to Minot, ND where he received an honorable discharge. Home from the service he worked on honing his welding skills. In 1986 he opened his own business and then in December 1987 he moved to Washington, NE where he continued his welding trade doing metal fabrication and repairs. His shop door was always open – especially if you were an early riser! But away from the workday he was known for his love of gardening. Every plant was raised with care and nurturing as a child. His plants and produce were shared with all – never wanting any to go to waste. Always loving fishing, much time was spent with many friends. A quiet man with a gracious and giving heart – he will be missed.

Jon and family,
Deepest Sympathy to you, so sorry to learn of Jeff's passing. He definitely managed to keep other students entertained in his high school days at Fort Calhoun, especially studyhall. He always had a good sense of humor and a smile.
Thoughts and Prayers are with you, may you always have special memories of Jeff.
God Bless.
