Age 79 - Oct 15, 2011
Died peacefully at Howard County Medical Center at St. Paul , NE with his family by his side. Survivors include his sister, Sr. Joan Miriam Glaser O.P. of St. Catharine, KY, a brother: Alfred (Rosie) Glaser of Kearney, a sister: Mary Helen (James) Cannon, of Grand Island , sister-in-law: Irene Glaser of Spalding, along with many nieces and nephews.
MASS of Christian Burial 10:30am Thursday, October 20, 2011 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Spalding, NE. Interment parish cemetery. Visitation 5-7pm Wednesday at the church with a 7pm Wake Service. Condolences may be sent at

I had the pleasure of working with Mick at Mid Ne in Ord. He was certainly one of my favorite people and I just recently ran into him at The Greeley Care Home. I feel blessed to have known Mick, what a wonderful person, forever in my heart now with the Lord.

I have known Mick most of my life and he was always a gentleman. He always spoke to me and with a smile and a chuckle had something pleasant to say. He is in the loving embrace of Jesus now.
