Survived by her daughter Samantha (Josh) Wyatt; siblings, Michelle (Pat) Riddle, brother Donnie (Marilyn) Stark, sister Pam Stark; nieces Mickala Stark, Sally (Derrek) Fefee; great nieces Cadence Porter, Eliza and Lily Fefee. Preceded in death by her parents Donald and Sylvia Stark, and nephew Donnie Stark.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

When I think of Julie, I can´t help but laugh. She had quite the sense of humor. I knew her from high school days and beyond. May she rest peacefully in the arms of the angels in heaven. Sending prayers of comfort to her true blue friends and family. Peace be with you all.

Julie's Family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Julie and I were friends in Jr high. I have great memories of us hanging out at Skateland every weekend. We had a Blast together and I will remember those times forever! Rest in peace friend. ~Robin
