Seeing people hurting over the loss of a loved one is always painful. I didn't know Laura but at her visitation this evening, I got see some of the people that truly loved her and will miss her terribly. This told me what a special person she was and will forever be in the hearts of those she touched. God bless her family.

I am so sad to hear of Laura's death. We'd been friends since Kindergarten. I remember she was so friendly even then! She was the first friend that ever gave me her phone number, a big deal at that age, and we became friends immediately. I have many fond memories of time we spent with Laura and her family through the years...going to the YMCA, overnights playing Life, trips to Adventureland, even talking on the phone first thing Christmas morning about the toys we'd gotten from Santa. I will miss her so much! You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
