Survived by 3 sons: David Stastny and wife Ashley, Jason Stastny, Craig Stastny; 3 grandchildren: Braeden, Korbin and Taryn; parents, Al and Jean Middleton; brothers, Alan Middleton and wife Dawn, Jim Middleton and wife Chris; sister, Carol Dana and husband, Bob Sr.; nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, 6pm to 8pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Wednesday, 11am, West Center Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Multiple Sclerosis Society. HEAFEY-HEAFEY-HOFFMANN
