I am very saddened by the loss of Mike in your lives. He is a good man whose memory will last forever in our minds and hearts. He touched so many lives and blessed many. I will always be grateful for the blessings he bestowed upon me and my family. I am grateful that I was privledged to be a part of his journey. The love and kindness he showed for others is reflected in all of you. You are an awesome family and will always be in my heart and prayers. We joked about putting things on the list. May your dear dad, husband, grandpa and father-in-law and brother rest in peace. Coralie, while we were at St. Mary's in Winona, you always spoke highly of your dad and mom, and the whole Collins' sibling gang. may you comfort one another now. I also remember how your dad (and mom) were "Holy Extraordinary Eucharistic Ministers" at your beautiful wedding mass. Clearly, he was a loving father and a man who loved and served the LORD. After all the time and years of caring for his patients, and assisting them in their difficult moments, i'm sure the Lord has prepared a special place and a special job for him in heaven. i'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Dr. Collins' passing. I used to be good friends with Coralie and have many fond memories of our times together. Dr. Collins was always so full of life whether it was playing ball with us kids in the circle or leading all the neighbors in the "ooohhh's" & "aaahhh's" for the 4th of July fireworks! I have no doubt that there are many people who would tell you that Mike had a profound positive impact on their lives. Thank god, I am one of those people. Maggie, you and your "gang" are in my thoughts and prayers. Mike's influences are a big part of who I am today. A good friend who wrote in this book said they broke the mold after Mike was created. Amen to that.
