Michael Skolkin Obituary
July 26, 1952 - January 25, 2023
Michael Skolkin of Omaha passed away on January 25 from quick but hard fight with cancer. Michael was born in Denver, grew up in Los Angeles graduated from UCLA and later lived in Hawaii and Minnesota prior to moving to Omaha and retiring from his insurance sales career.
Preceded in death by his mother, Anne Skolkin. Survived by his wife of 33 years, Andrea; children, Marlee, Maddison; and faithful dog, Bella; cousin, Marion Wulfson.
He was a kind man with a big sense of humor that be deeply missed and treasured in his family and friends memory forever.
SERVICE: Monday, January 30, 2023, 11am, at Feldman Mortuary, 1673 York Street, Denver, CO 80206, with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a tree can be planted in Israel through the Jewish National Fund; or a donation made to OneWorld Community Health Centers, 4920 South 30th Street, Omaha, NE 68107; or the Rose Blumkin Home, 323 S. 132nd Street, Omaha, NE 68154.
