I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for supporting us and loving my daughter so much. She was an amazing girl with the eyes of an angel and I know that is in heaven now looking down on us. We miss her terribly and will have a permanent hole in our hearts where she once was. Please pray for us and pray for April, she needs it more than we do. She has lost her sister, her best friend, and her confidant. Thank you all so much for your love and support. Please take care of one another and look out for one another. Make every day seem as if it were your last day on earth, cherish eachother every minute of every day. Love you all...

We are so very sorry. We wish there was some way to relieve you of your pain and sorrow. There is no greater pain than that of losing a child and you don't believe you can possibly survive this, but there is no other choice. God and the passage of time will eventually help. I just want you all to know how much I love all of you and how much I wish I could be there with you. I will truly miss Rachel ALOT!!!One of my fondest memories of her is when you all came up to the house in Ankeny and we went to Adventureland....I wish that I had the opportunity to see her when I was home last, however I did get to talk to her on the phone, and she was such grown up and a wonderful young lady. She definatley takes after you Lisa. I know now that I will see her in my dreams and that she will be watching over all of us with angel's wings to pick us up when we are down and those bright baby blues as our guiding light when we feel we are in the dark. Just know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers and even though we may not talk or see eachother as often as we probably should, you are always on my mind. I can't even imagine the pain you must feel. She was such a bright shining star. Just know that she is now with Grandma and Grandpa and they will keep a good eye on her for all of us until God calls on us to join them. Until that day we will all have our angel in the sky to look over us all. If you need anything at all, I may be far away but please know that I'm here if you need. I love you all so so so much!!!
