Survived by wife Karen; children Ronald Shipley, Jr., Kelly (Ricardo) Lopez, Paula (Mark) Galdeano, Tanya (Aaron) Windschitl, Melissa (Harry) Nelson, Ronnie (Melissa) Shipley, Angel (Evan) Longenecker, Priscella (Wendy) Walker, Linda (Matthew) Shipley; son-in-law Gregg DeHann; 31 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings Garneta (Maurice) Mcnealy, Brenda Joyce (Orlin) Anderson, Carroll Shipley, Kevin (Dixie) Shipley, Brian (Lona) Shipley, Mandel Belgrave, Rochelle Belgrave; sisters-in-law Lydia Shipley, Ethel Sigler; many nieces, nephews.

So sorry to hear about Ron's passing. I only found out a couple of days ago and I wanted to be sure and let his family know how much respect I had for him. He really helped me out a lot several years ago. He was a very generous man with a big heart.

Uncle Ron,
I will never forget you. I am so blessed to have at you as my Uncle. I am so glad that I got the chance to grow up with you. You taught me so much. You will live forever in my heart. To all of Uncle Ron's kids I love you all and I will be here for you no matter what!!! The Shipley's rock and I know we will hold each other up just as all of you did when I lost my Mom and big brother. It is all about family. Tell we see each other again I love you Uncle.

My first memories of Ron i was at his applience store always trying to sell my mom and dad (Tom and Dawn Stuart) a refrigerator he gave me a dollar for the vending machine to buy a candy bar.Ron you will be missed.
