Survived by wife Jackie Markmann; children and spouses, Karen and Chuck Rogers, Gary and Paula Markmann; stepsons, Greg Anthony and Bill Anthony; grandchildren, Eric, Todd, Brett Allgood; James and Kevin Markmann; great-grandson, Gage Allgood; step-granddaughters, Michelle Anthony, Carrie Hamill; step-great-grandsons, Jason and Justin Anthony, Dennis Ridenour; step-great-granddaughters, Payton Hamill and Ellery Ridenour; sisters, Florence Allen, Anita Taylor, Joan Peterson, Shirley Raleigh; numerous nieces and nephews.
SERVICES Saturday 9:30 AM at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, 6099 Western Ave., Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. I am so sorry to hear of this. I know that this is a monumental and sad event. Deb and I wish that you and Paula take a small amount of solace in the fact that you have an large amount of friends (enormous actually) that care for you both and will support you through this dark passage that is the down side of our travel through life. Enjoy the memories of your father. They will visit you often and become a comfort to you.

I'm so sorry to hear of Fritz's passing. My prayers go out to Karen and Gary. Uncle Fritz and Aunt Dorothy had a major hand in bringing me up when they were only in their very early 20's, when they were no more than kids themselves. I'll never forget him. He was my favorite uncle. Jim Nelson Jr.

This is sad news, and my thoughts and prays for comfort go out to Jackie, Gary, Paula, Karen, Chuck and all the grand kids and to the whole Markmann family and friends. Fritzy was a great uncle and I'm so glad Pete and I had a chance to see him in July. He will be truley missed but his life will be well celebrated. All our Love, Pete & Robin (Allen) Cefalu

Jackie, Gary and Paula, we are so sorry to hear of Fritz's passing. We have fond memories of the days we were on the bowling team, and always looked forward to the nights they were our opponents. Our thoughts are with you in this time of sorrow...Mike and Karen Litjen...
