Shandy passed away in a traffic accident in CO. He is survived by his kids Thomas, Stephany, Triston, Landon, and Shandy Jr.; his partner, Malia; his parents, Eva and Rich Engdahl; and his 8 siblings. Memorial Svc.: 3/15/25, 1 p.m., Kennard Auditorium, 305 W 2nd St, Kennard NE.

I remember around 1992 we lived just down the road from Shandy´s parents and Shandy and my sons where around 12 and they would come down to our house and they would go down to the creek and fish. They didn´t catch a whole lot just a bunch of little chubs but they had a great time. I enjoyed having Shane around. He will be missed by many. Rest in peace and catch a big one in heaven.
