I didn't even meet Steve until the early 2000's but, from the beginning, it was like I had always known him. He was so fun and interesting and loving. I felt instantly comfortable around him and am so sad knowing I will never see his smiling face again. Goodbye to one of the genuinely good guys.

I remember my when my dad would go to Steve's house and we would tag along. We were always the rugrats. Even at 20 yrs old I wouldn't mind being called a rugrat. I'm just sorry we could create anymore memories before his untimely death. We miss you man!!!

Steve was like an uncle to my sisters, brother, and myself. We were the little "Rugrats"! Holidays, going to the beach, bike rides. My list would go on and on for all the fun things we did together, and the laughs we had. I know he is loved by my family and many others.

Rest in peace Steve. God bless you and your family.

I see you in my minds eye, your hand upon your chin
Standing in the kitchen, with that crooked toothpick grin

That John Deere hat upon your head
You wore it there so well

We’d watch the boxing matches, you upon that chair
I’d turn around and see you, just sitting over there

You have Morgan in your cup and Paulie’s got a gin
Watching sports on both tvs, you already know who wins

Donna’s on the cell phone, Harry’s on there too
Separated by miles, yet together in the room

You giggle all together, friendship true and deep
Bound so close together, by those memories you keep

I have some quiet memoires, their voices in my head
Just tiny little pieces of things that you once said;

“Hi ya darling… How ya doin… glad to see you too…
Let me get that for you… what else can I do?...
Thanks for dinner… Bye Miss Jenny… Hey Bubba and Ellie Mae…
Now Leighann drive careful… see you another day…
Can I get you some more ice cream phylis… I love that key lime pie…
Is the hot sauce on the table… Just a little glass of wine…
The carrots are just tasty… Oh pot roast , I can’t wait…
Yeah I’ll have a little more… just put it on my plate”

I’ll carry these within me, and on those days when I’m missing you

I’ll remember when I hugged and you said “I love you too.

Steve’s(charisma) wit, sense of humor conversation and laughter will be missed. Steve made everyone feel genuine and important.
He always chose the right gift, something you never knew you needed.
“All”, have some history with Steve, that can make us a smile ear to ear.
Where we went or what we did; We did it together. Like brothers and sisters, we assembled either to “..hear Marty play” or “yet another holiday?” or “Donnas’ house this week-end” and “I’ll meet you at El Patio.”
Steve loved life so much and he loved all of us too. God certainly, has blessed us with you! “Za vashe zdorovye!” “Alla Salute!” “Cin Cin!” Rest in peace buddy!

To my buddy Steve. Words cannot express the emptiness I feel. Watching the Rockets last night all I could think about was calling you to share this wonderful run like we shared so many sporting events. I look around my house and see all the beautiful gifts you gave me over the years. I planted a ficus tree in your honor. You moved that big one around for so many years! I am blessed to have been one of your best friends for over 20 years and look forward to seeing you when my time comes. The memories of all the holidays and other special times we shared will get me through. I love you and will miss you forever. Donna
