Sylvia Montejano, age 57, passed away in Omaha on June 13, 2023. She was born May 21, 1966 to Blas and Ruth (Martin) Hilario in Omaha. She was preceded in death by her father, Blas Hilario. Sylvia is survived by her mother, Ruth Hilario; her sons, Carlos, Xavier "Nick", and Ramon; and siblings, Rebecca Parmentier, Blas "Bud" (Jean), David, Manuel, and Teresa Hilario.
VISITATION will be held Wednesday, June 21, from 3-4pm at Good Shepherd Funeral Home's - L Street Chapel. MEMORIAL SERVICE will follow at 4pm.
Memorials may be directed to her family.

I received a call from Sylvia (a.k.a BB) on June 12 my birthday, when I answer here she is on the other line singing happy birthday to me then says I Love You Sis, I have known her since we were 6 months old, anyone who knows her knows that she is a firecracker that is small and mighty with a beautiful soul.
As children we were joined to the hip, but we grew apart as most siblings do. We had our own set of friends and our own set of goals for our lives, but that still didn´t change the fact that we were sisters.
Sylvia, I will always love you the same as if you were still here with me, laughing during the good times and crying during the bad ones.
I will cherish our memories good and bad and just know that I love you and will miss you. Know in my eyes you will always be my Angel and I understand why God would want such a beautiful Angel on his side from now until eternity

My precious cousin Sacagawea -Sylvia. You were my Momma's closest and most favorite granddaughter. I will cherish all the years we had as children/teens growing up together. So many great memories cuz. My heart is so shattered to have lost you. Thank you for all the blessed years we had together. Until we unite again, rest easy cuz.
