Tim was one of my son Bobs football coach when he played QB for the Gladiators. I was always in awe that my son was being taught by a former Cornhusker. Always thought he was a real nice guy. RIP sir

Tim and I were on the 1974 All Star team. Met him once, in person. A tough, but kind fella. My best to his family.

I grew up with Tim from grade school on. Playing ball with him as well against... right up until and to our respective real estate careers. I hold total respect and admiration for Timmy. God Bless all the Wurth's

I knew Tim Wurth for over 50 years. We first met while competing against each other in Junior and Senior High sports. Finally we became football teammates at Nebraska University. When I moved to Arizona we lost touch. Then at a commercial real estate conference we crossed paths again. We kept in contact and occassionally worked on deals together. I began to follow the athletic achievements of his daughter and sons. Later Tim was intrumental introducing my sons to Nebraska football. He then followed my boys careers, including one who played at Nebraska. Much of our conversations were work and sports related. That said we also talked about life, especially family. He loved and adored his children and grandchildren. The same was true of his parents and siblings. Tim was a "stand-up" guy, loyal and a straight shooter. He was a good man and good friend. He will be missed by many, myself included. God bless you Tim, rest in peace.
