Dan Zajac Obituary

Vernon-Dan Zajac, 71, died at Oneida Healthcare Center of COVID-19 on December 2, 2020. The son of Walt and Marie Zajac of Vernon, and a VVS grad, he began work at Madison Silo Company. After a trip to Florida with “Thumper” Wilson, he acquired a wanderlust and headed west. He worked at Texas Instruments in Colorado, and laid foundations and also drove taxi in Montana. Finally he delivered RV’s from Indiana to all points in the U.S. and Canada. Aging perhaps, he returned to Vernon for his mother’s last years, where he enthusiastically mentored anyone interested in hunting and photography. His brothers Don, Rod, and Tom will miss his acerbic wit. His niece, nephews and cousins should take joy in remembering that he lived the life he wanted.maleckifuneralhome.com http://www.lastingmemories.com/dan-zajac
