Daniel M. Ryan, 49, of
Oneida, passed away
on Tuesday, April 11,
2023.
He was born on September 4, 1973, in
Oneida, the son of Donald and Carol (Kaier)
Ryan. He was a graduate of Oneida High
School and attended
Alfred State University.
Dan was currently employed by Arise as a
Direct Support Professional.
Dan loved sports and
was a diehard New York Mets fan and watched every game. He also followed the Syracuse Orange
basketball and football teams. However, his favorite thing to do was spend time with his nephew,
Ryan.
He is survived by his father, Donald; a sister and
brother-in-law, Amy and Tom Mitchell; a brother
and sister-in-law, Peter and Kelley Ryan; and his
cherished nephew, Ryan Mitchell. He was predeceased by his mother, Carol.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, April
22, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick's Church, 347
Main St., Oneida, where the Rev. Nathan Brooks
will officiate. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made in Dan's memory
to St. Patrick's School, 354 Elizabeth St., Oneida,
NY, 13421. Arrangements have been entrusted to
