I am saddened to read that my former colleague at SCVR of many years has passed away. Johnny was a friend to all and served the state of S.C. well in many different capacities. In my opinion, he was one of the kindest and smartest people that I worked with during my thirty-one years a SCVR. My deepest sympathy is extended to his family and friends. May the Peace of God sustain you during this difficult time. sincerely, Bessie L. Black
