Ralph Varnadore Obituary

Mr. Ralph Castles Varnadore Jr., 59, died Sunday, June 8, 2014, at his home after a fifteen-month courageous battle with lymphoma.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Sollers officiating. Interment followed in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Varnadore was born Sept. 12, 1954, in Chester County and was the son of Ralph C. "Buddy" Varnadore Sr. and Betty Jo Morris Varnadore. He was a graduate of Great Falls High School and was owner and operator of Varnadore's Towing. Mr. Varnadore was of the Christian faith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of over 38 years, Terry Elkins Varnadore; one son, Michael C. Varnadore of Great Falls; one granddaughter, Rayne V. Varnadore of Heath Springs; and special cousins, Lee and Cheryl Carter of Blackstock.
Memorials may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 1247 Lake Murray Blvd., Irmo, SC 29063; or Evangel Temple Assembly of God, P.O. Box 44, Great Falls, SC 29055.

So sorry to hear about Ralph. He was such a wonderful person & a guy you'd always remember. God spared him after his terrible accident years ago to become the hard working person he became & to touch others in many ways. He will be missed. Rest in peace Ralph.
