I was a close friend of Jeff's many years ago when he lived in La Jolla and Los Angeles. I was deeply saddened to learn of his sudden passing. He was such a rare individual, full of passion for life and a zest in living. He will never be forgotten. I send my heartfelt sympathy to his family.

My deepest condolences to all who had the pleasure to know Jeff; he was always friendly, happy, helpful, positive and generous. So saddened by his passing. Jeff Belluschi was a Good Man, in every sense of being. He had it all. Every gift. He enjoyed life to the fullest and let us all live a little stronger, a little harder, "gather ye rosebuds" just for him, who was taken much too early.

Jeff was a good friend. Always willing to lend a hand, cheerful and engaging, inspiring to everyone he met. He will be deeply missed. My profound condolences to his family and loved ones.

What a bright star Jeff was! While I've known him professionally for at least 20 years, we began to cultivate a true friendship several years ago, meeting every few months for lunch. I'm grateful for the time we were able to spend. He is deeply missed.

Jeff will always be "Bluto" - great memories of Whitman and the TKE House - his love of cars - hanging out in the kitchen at 3AM or watching movies in the GOMAT. So saddened to learn of his passing. Definitely taken too soon. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

Jeff has been a wonderful friend to Mike and myself for years. We had a great conversation with him the night before his passing talking about cars and Traci and how sick we were of the snow. Never in our wildest dreams did we think that it would be the last time we would ever speak or text again. We ended our conversation with "love you brother" not knowing , but so grateful he knew it. He is forever in our hearts and souls and many prayers. Our prayers are for the entire Belluschi family and our heart is so heavy for Traci as we knew just how happy Jeff was reuniting with her and being able to marry someone he loved so much. She meant the world to him as did his sons, parents and everyone. He was a generous soul and a kick in the pants. His loss should remind us all just how precious life is and not take even a minute for granted. Our best to the entire family. If there is anything you need, please let us know. God Bless.

I have known Jeff for approximately 28 years and recently have reconnected with him a year and a half ago. Jeff was the best thing that happened to me, as a trusted friend and as our Manager at Sylvan Heights Condominium. His positive spirit in the face of very challenging situations regarding the Condo property or individual condo owners' concerns/needs, carried us through not only emergencies but also the necessary daily/yearly and far-reaching needs of our Community. I personally, miss him deeply as my Forever Friend and as our Fearless Leader, a title he was given by many of us that were blessed by his kindness and professional leadership for our Community. Again, we at Sylvan Heights were very fortunate that he was with us to guide us through and meet our needs as we faced never-ending challenges. He is irreplaceable as Trusted Spirit and Professional Leader/Manager. Jeff, you are with me forever, in my heart. Thank you, Jeff, for all you gave in friendship and Leadership. Now my heart-felt prayer, that God continue to bless Jeff and his Family. Jeff's joyous and loving spirit lives on.

I'm so sorry for your family's loss of Jeff. We were good friends at Whitman, and reconnected about a year ago after I went to work at Willamette U and learned of the buildings designed by his grandfather that grace the campus. I' been thinking of him over the holiday and hoped to connect with him soon to come down to campus. I'll be forever sorry for having waited. Prayers to you all.

We at Portland Bologna Sister City Association are greatly saddened by Jeff's passing. Jeff was a great supporter and longtime board member of Portland Bologna, but was also just a wonderful, enthusiastic and interesting man. His love and pride of family was possibly only equalled by his sense of humor and social acumen.
Jeff leaves behind two terrific sons, Christopher and Peter, both veterans of our Youth Exchange with Bologna. Jeff supported and hosted events, including that great pool party three years ago, that meant a lot to the program.
It is hard to imagine a world without Jeff. I personally, will miss his striking smile and his warmth, his emails about Italian cars, culture and the scene in Portland, and the genuine love of people he constantly displayed.

I met Jeff through a common interest in cars. He was a class act and an incredibly thoughtful and considerate person. I'm going to miss our daily stimulating and entertaining e-mail exchanges. RIP Jeff, and my deepest condolences go out to Peter and the whole family.

Jeff was a peer in the community association management industry. He always met me with a smile on his face. I remember the last time I saw him, he was beaming-holding out a set of keys to his latest vehicle purchase, knowing I too shared his love for vehicles. Wishing his family/fiancé strength and solace.

Jeff became my good friend from the first day I met him at Sylvan Heights. He was so open in sharing his joy of life with everyone he met. Everyone he met became his friend. His enthusiasm for enjoying the many cars in his collection (and recently Lee Child) and his absolute wonder and joy of being engaged to Traci expressed through his unabashedly honesty - was always like a ray of sunlight. He shared his love and affection for his children and his admiration of his parents.
He was not only a gentleman from a more elegant era, but he was also a most gentle man loved by all he touched.
Sincere condolences to the extended family we share in your loss.
