Poole, David 57 of Longwood, Florida passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015. Dr. Poole was born April 6, 1957 in Carson City, Nevada to Vernon and Joan Poole. He is survived by his loving wife Rita; Daughter-in-law, Jennifer Brown Chatham; Son-in-law, John Wesley Chatham; Grandson, John Nash Chatham; and his sister Elizabeth Poole. I just found out he passed 9 years ago. I met Dr at Florida hospital because my daughter Jessica who was 15 at the time had passed out in the shower and cut her forehead with the tile. Dr. Poole did such a great job, she doesn't even have a scar! Rip

David was an amazing man- bright, kind, and genuine in his caring nature toward all. Two weeks ago when I saw him, he was so proud to share the baby pictures on his new beautiful grandson. David was always there to help. When my 13 year old had a skateboard accident, he helped him so much. I will forever be grateful to him . He and I would catch up on Thursdays since that was the day we both operated . I will miss my friend. I pray that the soul of this kind and gentle man rests in peace.
