DEAR DAD, I AM SO SORRY I DIDN'T GET TO SEE YOU AND MOM AFTER YOUR WRECK. ELWOOD WAS HAVING SURGERY THAT DAY. I AM SO SORRY YOU HAD TO SUFFER SO BAD AND WE WERE NOT AWARE TO DO WHAT WE COULD TO COMFORT YOU MORE. YOU HAVE SUFFERED SO MUCH YOUR LAST FEW YEARS NOT KNOWING ALL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE, BUT YOU HAD SUCH A GOOD LIFE BEFORE YOU STARTED SLIPPING AWAY FROM US. I MISS YOU AND I CRY FOR THE TIMES WE'LL MISS IN THE FUTURE. BUT I HAVE PEACE IN MY HEART KNOWING YOU ARE IN HEAVEN WITH LOVED ONES AND ONE DAY I'LL SEE YOU AGAIN. LAURA SAID IT WAS ALWAYS SAD GRANDPAP DIDN'T KNOW US WHEN THEY CALLED OR SAW YOU,BUT NOW YOU KNOW EVERYONE!! JUST LIKE THE OLD DAYS WHEN YOU WENT SOMEWHERE AND NEVER MET A STRANGER. I LOVE YOU,MISS YOU AND WILL SEE YOU SOME DAY.WATCH OVER US ALL AND KEEP US SAFE. TELL JESUS WE SAID "HI" LOVE YOU FOREVER, BARBARA

Dad I did what I always told you I would do after you died. I touched your belly button and you didn't cringe like all the other times I tried to.
You were always a good Dad I will remember the good times and even the not so good times, that's part of life.
I'M glad you are with Grandma and Grandpap tell them I said "HI".
I love you and I will miss you until.......

Dad, I am so glad I got here in time to see you. I know you and Jason are together somewhere playing a round of golf, and of course you are making sure there is no slow play being the ranger and all. On your journey may you never have to stop and ask for directions, you know what I mean. I love you and you will always be in my heart and memories.
